Stay Connected Summer Camp
July 5 - August 11, 2023
8:00am- 2:00pm
Stay Connected is a 6-week transition/career exploration summer program we’ve designed specially to help incoming 9th graders prepare for high school. Together with adults, peers, and older high school students, we practice communication skills, teamwork, critical thinking skills, and perseverance. Through a variety of outdoor games and activities, we learn the keys to high school and life success: autonomy/independence, study strategies, self-awareness and management, and decision making. We explore a wide variety of career opportunities, we have guest speakers, we take field trips. And we pay a $150 STIPEND for 6-wk attendance! What could be better than this for a unique, fun, and truly worthwhile summer experience?
